Today I’m going to talk less about business and more about the nervous system. Back in 2012 I was diagnosed with an auto-immune response to many different foods, so I began to look into different practices to help balance my nervous system. A friend mentioned that I should share a bit about this since many people don’t realise these tools exist - physical and mental things that you can use to improve your daily life, and entrepreneurship in general. I hope they help you as much as they’ve helped me!
